Thank you for visiting and shopping at Breezy Trees Botanicals. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States AND order must be processed before noon (time zone of Breezy Trees Botanicals).

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Breezy Trees Botanicals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Breezy Trees Botanicals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Breezy Trees Botanicals (BTB) provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of BTB Products. You represent and acknowledge as follows: you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or of the age of majority where you reside; you intend to use, and shall use, any products purchased through BTB for your own personal use, however, if you request the shipment of any products to a third party, you represent that the receiving party is also eighteen (18) years of age or older, or of the age of majority where that receiving party resides, and intends to use any products for his or her personal use.  Products are not for internal use or human consumption. The FDA strictly prohibits the use of this herb in food products of any nature.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from BTB are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier. We are NOT responsible for how the shipping employees do their job, whether it be how they HANDLE the package(s) or the speed in which they deliver.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS 

BTB attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, BTB does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by BTB itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused, opened, unsealed condition.

 SHIPPING. We ship within 48 hours of your processed order, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship via USPS Priority. Again, We are NOT responsible for how the shipping employees do their job, whether it be how they HANDLE the package(s) or the speed in which they deliver.
